Yoga Time is time for you and your body, to gently stretch, breathe deeply, build strength, and
experience deep relaxation. You are invited to join us for classes at Yoga Time.
Yoga Time classes focus on balancing the body, mind and spirit. These Hatha Yoga classes are
alignment oriented and gentle, including some vinyasa and restorative poses using props such as blankets or bolsters. They introduce the student to the principles of correct alignment,
while the student gently stretches, tones and strengthens the body. Denise works with each student at their own level, gradually building toward more challenging poses.
